Per listing, only when you hire. Every creator gets the same rate, paid as each video goes live.
$40 a video + 5% service fee
3. Clipping Optional add-on
One-time per listing. We make short videos from your listing automatically, ready in 24 hours, and Real people post them on our network of real estate accounts starting the day you pick. No filming.
$15 a video + 5% service fee

FAQ
What counts as an active campaign?
Each property is one campaign. It stays active while it's open, has unfinished bookings, or has running lead automations. Archiving doesn't free a slot until those are resolved.
Is creator pay included?
No. Creator pay is $40 a video, paid per listing and tracked separately from your subscription.
Is there a messaging limit?
Basic lead automation is included with fair-use limits. We'll publish exact limits before launch. An Automation Plus add-on may come later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your plan from the billing portal. After cancellation you keep access to export your leads.
